Starting at $6,000/month. Most retainers are scoped after the Diagnostic based on complexity, cadence, and implementation load.
Engagement length
Minimum three months. Most engagements run six to twelve.

Retainers start after the Diagnostic when there's a clear roadmap to implement.
What it is

Ongoing operating leadership — not as a full-time employee, but as an operating partner inside the weekly rhythm of the business. Not advisory calls. Active work.

Best fit

Scoped per project after the workflow is mapped. Most projects start at $5,000.

Specific automations built around how your business actually operates. Most businesses have tried AI tools. Most haven't made them stick — because the process underneath was broken before the automation was added. I fix the process first, then automate the work that shouldn't require human effort.

Best fit

You have a workflow that's stable enough to automate and you want it built, tested, and handed off — not prototyped and abandoned.
