Most people problems are process problems in disguise. I fix the process.
I've spent 25+ years inside operations where the work could not stop just because the process was unclear — telecom projects, accounting realities, vendor coordination, deadlines, field operations, and teams trying to execute with systems that had not kept up.
The pattern I kept seeing: founders and operators who were talented, hardworking, and genuinely good at what they do — running businesses that were quietly breaking under the weight of their own growth.
Not because they made bad decisions.
Because the systems never scaled with the business.
I come in as a fractional COO — not as a full-time employee, but as an operating partner inside the weekly rhythm of the business. I map what's breaking, design the operating layer that should have been built earlier, and implement it with the team rather than handing off a report and walking out.
Where AI creates real leverage, I build it in. Where it would just automate a broken process, I fix the process first.
The result is a business that runs on systems instead of on the founder.
I've watched capable founders become the bottleneck in their own companies. I've seen growth slow not because of the market, but because the internal operating system couldn't handle the load.
I built this practice because that problem is solvable — and most founders don't have an operator in the room who knows how to solve it.
I'm also building AI-enabled operating systems — workflow, dashboard, intelligence-layer, and automation products. That matters because I'm not advising from theory.
I understand what it takes to turn messy ideas, people, tools, and data into working systems. When I recommend automation, it's because I've built it, not because I've read about it.

Based in Oklahoma. Working with businesses across industries — contractors, professional services firms, manufacturers, education companies, and founder-led operations of most kinds.
I've been inside enough operational messes to recognize the patterns quickly.
I know what a founder-carried business looks like, what it costs, and how to rebuild it into something that runs without you in the middle of everything.
That's the work.
